How long does it take from the bus terminal, airport, or station to Kimdaejung Convention Center?

- It takes about 15 minutes from the bus terminal, 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Gwangju Station, and 10 minutes from Gwangju-Songjeong Station.

How much is the parking fee? And how many parking spaces are available?

- The parking fee is 500 won for the initial 30 minutes and 250 won for additional 15 minutes. 400 cars can be parked in the 1st parking lot and 1,500 in the 2nd parking lot.

When do you hire new staff? What is the requirements?

- We don’t hire staff regularly, but when there is a vacancy, we notify the public. As do other public organizations (e.g. Korea National Tourism Organization, KOTRA), applicants with TOEIC score of 830 or over are qualified for application. For applicants who have TOEFL or TEPS scores, a separate standard compatible with TOEIC score is applied. In addition, a “Person of Merit” is given preferential treatment in accordance with related laws.

- Some of the events held at Kimdaejung Convention Center are promoted by other organizations. You may want to visit their websites or contact them for the information. Staff recruitment information for the other events organized by Kimdaejung Convention Center will be notified on our homepage.
